Waterproof webbing with a width of 10–38 mm, colour neon orange, for collars, leashes and long training leads. It is also strong enough for equestrian gear and outdoor equipment.
Design with confidence using laboratory-tested data rather than estimates. We tested the tensile strength under direct pulling force, while low-temperature flexibility was verified through bending tests. Detailed results for each webbing width are available in the Documents to download section. The material is also certified as safe for prolonged contact with both human and animal skin.
Important for manufacturers: Laboratory values apply to the material before processing. Every hole made for a rivet or buckle pin cuts through the textile core and weakens the webbing at that point. The best practice is simple: use the smallest punch that still fits the rivet shank or buckle tongue, and reinforce highly stressed holes with a metal eyelet. A large, unreinforced hole is usually the first place where the webbing will fail under load.
Thickness for collars: for collars and other products with holes for a buckle tongue, choose the 2.5 mm webbing. The thinner 1.5 mm webbing is available in black only, and we do not recommend it for these products. In our own test on 25 mm wide webbing, the breaking load at the buckle was about 50 kg for the 1.5 mm webbing and 150–180 kg for the 2.5 mm webbing.
The webbing is supplied in rolls of 30 m. Each production roll may contain up to 3 factory joins, so the entire length is not always supplied as one continuous piece. If you require longer uninterrupted sections, inspect the roll before cutting.
For orders of 1,200 m or more per colour and width, we can arrange custom production in additional colour combinations.

Yes, prices are per metre. We sell webbing in whole rolls, but some webbing you can also order in a shorter length.
Polypropylene webbing (solid colour, rubber, woven, reflective): 50 m rolls, flexible webbing 25 or 30 m.
Waterproof webbing: 30 m rolls, Super Grip 15 m.
If a product shows a minimum order, that is the roll length and you order in whole rolls. If it shows no minimum order, you can also order a shorter length, for example to try it out. You pay more per metre than for a whole roll, and above the roll length you add whole rolls only.
You can try a sample of the webbing first. See Can I get a product sample? We can make a different colour or thickness to order. See Can you supply webbing in a different color or thickness?
No. Biothane is a registered trademark of the American company BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. and we don't sell their material. Our waterproof webbings are our own product.
