Shipping methods
Give the calculator a destination, order weight and currency. It will find the lowest shipping price currently available. The shopping cart shows every available service and its exact price before you order.
Delivery time
Finish an in-stock order by 12:00 CET on a working day and we send it out that day, once payment is confirmed or due on delivery. For bank transfer, we dispatch after the money reaches our account. The product page and cart show the current estimate.
Carriers we use
Once the parcel leaves our hands, a tracking link lands in your inbox. The carrier's page then shows each scan and the latest delivery estimate.
Standard delivery
DPD
We use DPD for many European destinations. After dispatch, DPD sends tracking details by email or SMS. Where the service is available, myDPD lets you redirect an eligible parcel to a Pickup point or parcel locker and adjust delivery preferences. Available options depend on the destination and shipment.
UPS Standard
UPS Standard is the lower-cost UPS service for less urgent shipments within Europe. Eligible parcels can be rescheduled or redirected through UPS My Choice; available options and any fees depend on the country and shipment.
UPS Expedited
UPS Expedited is an economical service for less urgent international shipments outside Europe. Transit time and availability depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Eligible delivery changes can be made through UPS My Choice.
FedEx Economy
FedEx International Economy is a lower-cost service for less urgent international shipments. Tracking is included, and eligible recipients can manage delivery or request pickup through FedEx Delivery Manager where available.
Express delivery
UPS Express Saver
UPS Express Saver is a time-definite express service for urgent international orders. Checkout shows availability and the estimated delivery date for your address. Eligible parcels can be managed through UPS My Choice.
FedEx Priority
FedEx International Priority is an express air service for urgent international orders. Checkout shows availability and the estimated delivery date for your address. Tracking is included, with delivery options through FedEx Delivery Manager where available.
Shipments outside the EU. The destination may charge customs duty and import taxes. Depending on the country and checkout option, these charges are collected with the order or later by the carrier or customs authority. Your order summary shows which applies. See our FAQ for details.
Pallet transport (over 400 kg)
Orders weighing more than 400 kg are shipped on a pallet with Dachser's Targoflex, an economical groupage service without a fixed delivery date. The delivery address must be accessible by truck. Please arrange staff and equipment to unload the pallet unless agreed otherwise with us.
Personal pickup
Collect your order from our showroom at Grymovská 256/1a in Přerov, Czech Republic. Add the products to your cart and choose Personal pickup at checkout. We'll email you when the order is ready. You can browse the showroom and add more products when you visit. Take a virtual look around, or see how this cowboy collected his order.

How we pack your orders
Five checks stand between the warehouse shelf and the carrier. Here is what happens before your order leaves us:
Pick, count, check: We collect each product, then match its code and quantity against the order. A box does not close until the numbers agree.
Everything in its place: We choose a suitable carton, keep small parts together and arrange the contents so they cannot roam around or damage one another in transit.
Tape where it matters: We seal the seams and edges that could open during handling. The tape has one job, and we make sure it can do it.
Straps in both directions: They reinforce the taped seams and help the carton stay closed while the parcel changes hands.
One last look: We check the shipping label and the closed parcel. Then it joins the other finished orders waiting for the carrier.
If an order arrives damaged, photograph the carton and its contents and contact us so we can assess what happened.
