Metal Belt Clips – what to choose?
Metal belt clips work well for making knife sheaths, gun holsters, bags or bottle holders. They can be attached by either riveting or stitching. Made from 0.8mm thick sheet metal, they provide a secure fit to the belt and long lasting durability.

Metal Belt Clips: what the parameters mean and how to choose the right values.
The width of the strap the piece fits, not the size of the fitting itself. The values therefore match the widths of webbing and straps we sell: for 20 mm webbing look for 20 mm.
The length of the piece itself along its main axis. On end caps and clamps it says how much of the rope or strap they cover; on ornaments how much room they take along the strap.
The thickness of the sheet the piece is cut or pressed from. It decides the stiffness and whether the piece can be bent to shape; on tags it also decides how deep text can be stamped into it.
