I use Plastic Loops on products where weight and comfort matter. Acetal is top-tier in this segment – strong enough to keep its shape over time without loosening, while still staying lightweight. It pairs perfectly with plastic side-release buckles and buckles, creating a consistent look and a unified function.

My Practical Tip: When choosing a loop, always match the webbing width – if you use 25 mm webbing, choose a 25 mm loop so the webbing does not slide around unnecessarily. The loop is purely an organizing component that keeps the loose end in place. If you notice light marks or hairline cracks (for example after a strong impact or being stepped on), it is best to replace it. One of the advantages of plastic is that the product does not feel bulky, and the overall look stays very clean.
