For the hand press #3990-00 with the punching die #1719-PH. Replacement Punches ø 5.2–6 mm create clean, precise holes in waterproof webbing as well as thick leather. They are primarily intended for preparing holes for eyelets with diameters of 5.2 mm and 6 mm.
