Very popular double bar collar buckle. Beautiful finish and a strong prong will keep the material where it belongs. The buckle has two center bars, one for the prong and the second for webbing or leather strap attachment. The elongated part doubles as a keeper. The edges are nicely rounded, and the slightly bent form makes it eminently suitable for making collars. We recommend to combine it with a D-ring #4520/10 BK.

Bar–Prong Gap parameter (material clearance): This value indicates the space between the bar and the prong. Although our measurements already include a small technical allowance for movement, we recommend not pushing it too tight. To keep the buckle working smoothly and comfortably, give the prong a little extra room.

Our tip: If your strap is 4 mm thick at the bend, choose a version with a 4.3 mm bar–prong gap to be on the safe side.

Please note: The standard 10 and 13 mm buckles have a small bar–prong gap, so they are not suitable for our water resistant webbings. For those, choose the new XGJ-L version in the same width – in the variant table, it is the row with 2.5 mm (10 mm width) or 3.5 mm (13 mm width) in the Bar–Prong Gap column: #XGJ-L/10 BK, #XGJ-L/13 BK.
