Replacement punches ø 3–4 mm for the manual press #3990-00 with the punching die #21-1700-HMA-set, or for the steel handle #21-HPHSTP-975-NO. They make clean holes in waterproof webbing and thick leather. For tightening, we’ve included a flat wrench in the package.
