How to use it?
  • Preparation: Lay a piece of 220-grit sandpaper (not included in the package) on the plate.
  • Sharpening: Mold the sandpaper into the grooves and pull the edge beveler along the sandpaper at a 15° angle.
  • Repetition: Repeat this process with finer (higher grit count) sandpaper until you achieve the desired result.
  • Finishing: For best results, strop the edge beveler on a leather strap after sharpening to remove any scratches or residual material.
The sharpening plate’s precise grooves allow for various sizes of edge bevelers. With dimensions of 10.16 cm x 8.51 cm x 0.76 cm, it is compact and easily portable, which makes it convenient for use both at home and in the workshop.
