They consist of two parts – a hollow screw with an internal thread and a solid head that acts as a closed nut, and a matching screw for tightening the connection. How to choose the correct screw length?
Whether you are joining leather, webbing, or another material, the key factor is the material thickness. The correct size of a Chicago screw is when the length of the screw post (value B in the table) is 2 mm shorter than the total thickness of the joined materials.

TIP: To ensure a 100% solid connection it will suffice to apply a drop of thread locking adhesive to the screw #1918997.
