The buckle has two center bars, one for the prong and the second for webbing or leather strap attachment. The elongated part doubles as a keeper. The edges are nicely rounded, and the slightly bent form makes it eminently suitable for making collars. We recommend to combine it with a D-ring #4520/16 NEO.
