Discount codes and vouchers
You cannot buy our discount vouchers. They turn up at selected events and competitions, or when we use one to put a problem right. We send each voucher by email with its value, expiry date and code.
How to use a discount code
Put the products in your cart, select Use a discount code, enter the code and choose Apply. The discount or free shipping appears in the order summary as soon as the code passes its checks. One order takes one code.
Good to know
- Some codes need a minimum product total or have a usage limit. If a code says no, the cart tells you why.
- Percentage and fixed-value codes reduce the product subtotal. A free-shipping code removes the shipping charge.
- Codes can be used only in the Pet Hardware online store.
- If you cancel an order or return goods within 14 days, we do not issue a replacement code.
