Discount vouchers
We offer discounts vouchers as a bonus at various events, competitions or as a type of compensation. Discount voucher cannot be purchased.
Discount vouchers include the discount rate, the expiration date and the unique code. Vouchers are sent electronically via e-mail as a discount codes.
How to redeem?
Add all the items you have chosen to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in the shipping address and choose the delivery and payment method. Write your discount code in the 'Discount Coupon' field and confirm by pressing the 'Redeem Code' button. You can only use one code per order. The discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order immediately after you enter the code. You can then simply complete your order.
Good to know
- Discount coupons cannot be used for shipping or services.
- Discount coupons can only be used in the online store Pethardware.com.
- If you wish to cancel your order or return the goods within the 14-day period, your discount voucher or coupon will not be replaced.
