Pick it up and you’ll feel the difference right away: lightweight, quiet, smooth movement along the zipper. No wrestling with locks, just the simple joy of working with details that matter.

Special note: The slider comes without a pull. We recommend adding a half ring #ZHD1965/9 BP, #ZHD1965/9 NP not just for an easy grip, but also because it simply looks great together.
If you need your zipper to stay put say, on a backpack or an outer pocket go for the locking version instead #3420938, #6289386. This one is all about lightness and ease, not tensile strength.


## Limits and maintenance

* Tolerates contact with water — rain, wet grass, damp hands. With regular soaking the finish ages faster and loses appearance. Better to dry after wetting.
* Provides a temporary barrier against moisture. Works well in dry environments, but protection weakens over time with regular contact with water or sweat.
* Thin decorative coating that gradually wears through with regular wear and friction. Wear shows fairly quickly at points where buckle or snap contacts the strap, ring or fur.
* At points of regular friction — typically the buckle edge, snap contact point or strap — the finish gradually wears through and the base material shows beneath.
