## Description and construction

The reducing loop is the ideal solution for seamlessly joining two webbings of different widths: 25 mm and 40 mm. The carefully rounded edges ensure that any webbing pulled through will not be damaged. Whether you're making handbags, satchels, backpacks or dog collars, this part will push your design boundaries even further.

TIP: Brass naturally oxidizes and darkens over time – it’s not a defect, just the metal reacting with air. You can restore its shine with #SITOL300G paste. To prevent darkening, apply the clear lacquer #637005/GLOSSY.


## Limits and maintenance

* The finish does not increase corrosion resistance. Either the underlying material does not need it, or the finish is purely aesthetic.
* Resists daily use even with active dogs. The surface holds its original appearance for a long time, even when in contact with straps, snaps or other hard surfaces.
* Over time loses its original gloss and the tone changes slightly. This does not affect function, but the surface eventually does not look as fresh as at the start.
