## Description and construction

Double vertebrae, larger. Cast zinc, surface treatment chrome. It has a round eye, a square eye. It is used in the production of linen and wherever the combination of different types of material is required. Suitable for straps, ropes and leather of width 17–25 mm, further for combination of two materials of different width or different average, or for combination of rounded and flat material.


## Limits and maintenance

* Handles typical outdoor conditions without issue — rain, mud, moisture, sweat. No need to dry or treat specially after every water contact.
* Reliably protects the underlying material during typical outdoor use — rain, dew, occasional wetting. May not be sufficient for permanently wet environments.
* Resists daily use even with active dogs. The surface holds its original appearance for a long time, even when in contact with straps, snaps or other hard surfaces.
* Over time loses its original gloss and the tone changes slightly. This does not affect function, but the surface eventually does not look as fresh as at the start.
