## Description and construction

Bestselling saddlery roller buckle with welded joint rated up to 200 kg. The roller facilitates correct tightening and protects the material from wear when the buckle is fastened. Excellent workmanship and strong prong ensure that the the fastened material stays put. Choose from sizes 15–38 mm.

TIP: Brass products can oxidize and darken as a result. This is not a defect, only a natural characteristic of brass. If you wish to prevent this happening, the surface of the material should be treated with the clear, transparent synthetic varnish #637005/GLOSSY.

## Limits and maintenance

* The finish does not increase corrosion resistance. Either the underlying material does not need it, or the finish is purely aesthetic.
* Resists daily use even with active dogs. The surface holds its original appearance for a long time, even when in contact with straps, snaps or other hard surfaces.
* Over time loses its original gloss and the tone changes slightly. This does not affect function, but the surface eventually does not look as fresh as at the start.
