## Description and construction

Imagine a webbing that slides smoothly, even if there’s a Saint Bernard or a horse’s chest pulling on the other end. The Collar Loop with Roller 25–50 mm does exactly that – it reduces friction, so tightening and loosening is a breeze and your leather stays in top shape.

Roller keeps friction to a minimum: no more fighting with a stuck strap, whether it’s a hefty collar or a pulling webbing.
Built to last more than just one season: the roller spreads out the force, so both leather and stitching wear down much less. Your creation will handle some serious use.
Low profile, nothing to snag: dog fur and horse manes stay calm, nothing digs in, and the loop won’t catch on anything out in the field.
Rounded edges and roller: protect the strap’s surface – especially handy for thicker webbings.

This loop is right at home on big dog collars, horse girths, tie-down straps, and harnesses where you need frequent adjustments and maximum durability.

Special note: Compared to simple loops, this one is heavier and the roller needs an occasional check – a little care and cleaning goes a long way.


## Limits and maintenance

* The finish does not increase corrosion resistance. Either the underlying material does not need it, or the finish is purely aesthetic.
* Resists daily use even with active dogs. The surface holds its original appearance for a long time, even when in contact with straps, snaps or other hard surfaces.
* Over time loses its original gloss and the tone changes slightly. This does not affect function, but the surface eventually does not look as fresh as at the start.
