## Description and construction

A brass loop that holds firm – and will not slip, even when the webbing is tensioned to the maximum. This is exactly why manufacturers of collars, harnesses, and bags choose metal. Unlike plastic, a brass loop withstands impact loads and long-term use without deformation. ## Limits and maintenance

* The finish does not increase corrosion resistance. Either the underlying material does not need it, or the finish is purely aesthetic.
* Resists daily use even with active dogs. The surface holds its original appearance for a long time, even when in contact with straps, snaps or other hard surfaces.
* Over time loses its original gloss and the tone changes slightly. This does not affect function, but the surface eventually does not look as fresh as at the start.
