## Description and construction

A key chain made of short, 2 mm thick, chrome plated links. The chain has a haberdashery snap on one end and a 13 mm diameter key ring on the other. It will be most often utilized to secure keys, and in the manufacture of wallets or small purses.

## Limits and maintenance

* Handles typical outdoor conditions without issue — rain, mud, moisture, sweat. No need to dry or treat specially after every water contact.
* Reliably protects the underlying material during typical outdoor use — rain, dew, occasional wetting. May not be sufficient for permanently wet environments.
* Resists daily use even with active dogs. The surface holds its original appearance for a long time, even when in contact with straps, snaps or other hard surfaces.
* Over time loses its original gloss and the tone changes slightly. This does not affect function, but the surface eventually does not look as fresh as at the start.
