## Description and construction

Master craftsman knife set, custom turned 12 cm walnut handle, solid brass jaws, and solid aluminum key for years of durable use. Includes blade (0.8 x 5.5 cm deep curve, 2.2 cm radius, narrow point, and blade (0.8 x 6 cm straight grind on slanted edge). We recommend cutting on a plastic #3464-00 or rubber #3461-01 pad. Replacement 2 pcs of curved/straight blades available for sale #3596-10.
