## Description and construction

A specialized classic for equestrian use. This Center Bar Buckle with an inner width of 26–32 mm is a cornerstone component for manufacturing safe and durable stirrup leathers. Its solid construction and sturdy tongue ensure that the adjusted length remains firmly fixed, even under high impact load. 

 
Maximum safety in the saddle: The robust body creates an uncompromising mechanical connection that will not give way, even when the rider fully loads the stirrups.

Special note: Before production, make sure the leather width precisely matches the inner dimension of the buckle and that the tongue fits the strap holes perfectly. Proper alignment is absolutely essential for stirrup leather safety.


## Limits and maintenance

* The finish does not increase corrosion resistance. Either the underlying material does not need it, or the finish is purely aesthetic.
* Resists daily use even with active dogs. The surface holds its original appearance for a long time, even when in contact with straps, snaps or other hard surfaces.
* Over time loses its original gloss and the tone changes slightly. This does not affect function, but the surface eventually does not look as fresh as at the start.
