Eco-Flo Block Our Resist Finish is a water based, low V.O.C., easy-to-apply liquid top coat used to create a maximum resist or block for the effects of acrylic based stains and antiques on natural veg-tanned tooling leather. Block Out allows the natural leather or dye color to show through while permitting stains and antiques to fill and highlight all cuts and impressions. Also a durable, flexible water repellent top finish for natural veg-tanned tooling leather.
